On Wednesday, June 13, 2018, I was given the opportunity to speak at our church while our pastor and his family were on vacation. Here are the high points.
- Legalism is keeping a set of rules to gain God’s favor for the purpose of achieving salvation or keeping it once a person is saved.
- Liberty in Christ does not mean keeping no rules at all.
- License does not mean we can do anything we please when we come under the grace of God.
- Obedience means keeping our Lord’s commandments because we love Him.
