What Happened?

Perhaps in the past few weeks you’ve had moments of lucidity, as if you’ve been slapped in the face. And you’re wondering, What happened?

You ask yourself, Are we living in a science fiction dystopia? Is this some kind of sick joke?

The answer to the first question is that this is all very real. But it does resemble a sci fi dystopia. And it may even be patterned after one.

The answer to the second question is most definitely yes.

The joke’s on us. Globalists and power elites finally found our Achiles heel with health worries.

Now our lives are bound by tyranny in the name of safety.

It began with the World Health Organization’s declaration of a pandemic on March 11th and was accelerated in the U.S. by President Trump’s declaration of a national emergency on March 13th.

Surely someone sees significance in those dates–3/11 and 3/13.

But I digress.

We went from fear to fascism in a matter of days.

And we welcomed it.

We allowed ourselves to be duped into medical martial law. We’ve been turned into germaphobes with OCD.

The necessity for wearing a mask depends on who you are, where you are, and who you ask.

All of this happened without a shot being fired.

But soon enough you and I will be the enemy if we refuse to take the prescribed shot. (Pun intended.)

Even if restrictions are loosened to one degree or another, life as we have known it is over. There will be no restoration to a pre-COVID world.

We’ve been plunged into an economic depression that will dwarf the Great Depression of the 1930’s.

The psychological operation perpetrated against us is doing untold damage to mental health.

The truth–if you can find it–about virus case statistics is irrelevant.

The truth–if you can find it–about virus origins doesn’t matter.

Resistance will produce little of any value or meaning.

America is dead. The constitution is finished.

That’s where the bogus state of war on an invisible enemy has led us.

Could this be judgment from God?

Possibly. We deserve judgment for any number of things. But I can’t be dogmatic about it.

We’re not in the Great Tribulation. However, this is a foretaste of what is to come.

I do believe Satanic forces are at work in ways we’ve never seen before. And the Lord is allowing it.

His ways are higher than ours. We may not understand this or even like it, but God does all things for His glory.

What about solutions? Here’s what I can offer for now.

First, accept things as they are.

Grieve. Work through sadness and anger, but don’t let them rule you.

Cultivate relationships with those who mean the most to you.

Read the Bible, God’s word, and pray.

If you don’t know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, seek and receive Him now. A good place to start is to read the Gospel of John.

Christ is our only source of salvation, security, comfort and hope. He is the only One who offers a better tomorrow.
